OY! Despite the fact that I have to start waking up at 6AM again, it feels good to be home again. My suitcases have exploded all over my apartment but it felt really good to sleep in my own bed. There is actually a lot of goss today ... so let's get to it ...

Kevin Federline gave up daddy duty this weekend to make an appearance in Las Vegas (his home away from home) to host a party at the Beatles Revolution Lounge at the Mirage casino ... here are a couple pictures of K-Fed lookin' sharp in his suit:

You will note that his head is freshly shaven. Just an observation. I'm still amazed that he has managed to stay ... relevant. Because of Britney's break-down/melt-down he has reached a new level of respect that was previously unattainable. He's practically Father of the Year these days (tho, if he really were a totally devoted father he'd be at home with his kids instead of partying in Vegas again, but I digress hmmm, apparently he brought the kids with him to Vegas -- I guess he really is Father of the Year) ... Britney losing her mind is the best thing that has ever happened to his career. Maybe he should think about re-releasing his debut album Playing With Fire? [Source]

OH NO! David Beckham has injured his knee in soccer play this weekend and will be forced to refrain from any further play for the next two months -- OUCH! Here are a few very sad pics of Becks right after he hurt his leg:

Los Angeles Galaxy-bound soccer star David Beckham could be out for up to two months after injuring his knee during a Spanish league game. Beckham, whose recent five-year contract with the Galaxy is worth about $27.5 million in base salary, awaited the results Monday of a scan on his injured knee. The 31-year-old midfielder with Real Madrid injured a ligament during a 1-1 draw with Getafe in the Spanish league on Sunday, and limped off the field. Beckham’s current contract with Real Madrid ends June 30, and the Galaxy had expected he would join the team in August ... Beckham was substituted in the 69th minute, 37 minutes after teammate Jose Antonio Reyes was carried off on a stretcher after suffering the same injury to his left knee. "Neither of them will play in Germany," Madrid manager Fabio Capello said after the match. "One of the injuries is serious and the other could be something important. We will have to see." Capello also ruled Beckham out of Madrid's Spanish league match against second-placed FC Barcelona on Saturday. Any chance of Beckham returning to the England squad for the European championships qualifiers later this month is also in doubt. Awww ... he looks like he was in serious pain. I really hope this injury doesn't turn out to be very serious ... it would be disastrous if he was unable to move to LA to fulfill his contract with the LA Galaxy later on this year. I am very concerned over this knee injury ... it reminds me of Britney's knee injury a few years ago -- which was the beginning of the end of her incredible career. Let's keep Becksie poo in our thoughts and send him warm wishes for a speedy recovery. [Source]

In happier Becks news, here are a few pics from a couple of weeks ago of David Beckham delivering a box of soccer shirts to a bunch of kids at a public park in Spain:

He is such a sweetie ... he just has to get better soon. We need him back on his feet. [Source]

Ruh-roh ... Laguna Beach bad boy Jason Whaler has had yet another run-in with the law ... he was arrested, again, but this time in North Carolina and for the charge of "resisting a public officer" while caught in an underage drinking raid. Here is the lovely mug shot:

TMZ has learned that former "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler was arrested and booked this weekend after cops say he "resisted a public officer" during a raid on underage drinkers in North Carolina. According to police sources, the 20-year-old lied about his age when he was approached inside Rumors nightclub by members of the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division. Wahler claimed he wasn't carrying any ID that night, but insisted that police could "check" to verify his identity! Wahler was taken to Pitt County Jail early Saturday morning, where sources claim he was anything but coopertive, shouting multiple obscenities throughout the booking process. After spending just a few hours behind bars, Wahler was released on $1000 bail. Wahler is due to back in court in April. I believe this is Jason's third arrest so far (there was one in NY, one in LA and now this one in NC) ... surely this latest incarceration makes him the most-arrested Laguna Beach citizen around. LOL! [Source]

I don't know how YOU celebrate the Kabbalah celebration of Purim but this is how Madonna and her hubby Guy Ritchie celebrate Purim ... dressed in costume:

The distinctly camp cop who has her under arrest is none other than her husband Guy Ritchie, and the couple are in fancy dress while attending an event run by the mystical Jewish sect Kabbalah at its centre in Los Angeles ... Guy and Madonna Ritchie: The couple are in fancy dress while attending an event run by the mystical Jewish sect Kabbalah. Madonna, a leading supporter of Kabbalah, was the star guest at the festival of Purim, which celebrates the foiling of an ancient plot to kill Jews in Persia. While the 48-year-old singer had her hair bobbed, wore a feather boa and carried a cigarette holder, 38-year-old Ritchie appeared as a 1970s Village People-style police officer complete with sunglasses and big moustache. Madonna, nicknamed Madge by her husband, recently donated £1.5 million to set up a Kabbalah centre in Malawi, the country from where she adopted baby David Banda last year. Ritchie is reported to have become increasingly critical of her devotion to the sect, which has been criticised for promising happiness to wealthy donors. Well duh ... how else is one supposed to celebrate and memorialize this festive holiday which marks the attempt to kill the Jews in Persia? [Source]

Here are even more pictures of Ryan Phillippe ... this time in a wife-beater and rolled up pants out with his daughter Ava:

Honestly, RP has license to wear whatever the hell he wants. These pics aren't as cute as the ones yesterday of Ryan with Deacon but really ... who's complaining? [Source]

It looks like Tobey Maguire wants to get in on the Celeb Dad Playing with his Kids in Public View trend that appears to be going on in Hollywood these days. Here are pictures of daddy Tobey and his nekkid baby girl Ruby as they play in the water down in Hawaii:

OMG ... so cute! Young dads who show such devotion to their children are just adorable. It looks like babies are gonna make a comeback as the hot accessory this summer ... but this time for the dads. [Source]

As we finally close the final chapter on what was Anna Nicole Smith's life (well, as we begin to close the final chapter, that is) we have one last thing to consider ... behold, Larry Birkhead has proof that he is the father of Dannielynn Hope which he reveals to Access Hollywood. Only a man who would dare to get a tattoo on his lower back of Anna Nicole Smith could possibly be the father of her child:

Larry Birkhead will always have his former girlfriend Anna Nicole Smith on his back, literally. Access Hollywood's exclusive interview with the photographer and former boyfriend of Smith revealed a cartoon impression of the late blonde bombshell, located just above his jean line. "I have a tattoo on my back so I carry that around," he told Access. "It's a picture of Anna so wherever I go, she goes" ... "I really didn't want a tattoo and then we argued about it forever," Birkhead told Access. "Then finally when I got to the point I wanted to do [it] because I wanted to, then finally she said 'Okay, don't worry about it.' Then I said 'I'll do it.'" Where is YOUR tattoo, Howard K. Stern? I totally rest my case. [Source]

The Scissor Sisters are over in Switzerland for the Big Day Out and paid a little visit to an XBOX party over the weekend ...

The band performed for the shindig but I'm a bit grossed out by the pit stains and nose-picking that is going on with lead singer Jake Shears. This definitely does *nothing* for his sexy factor. [Source]

Well lookie here ... it seems that when the sun goes down, late at night the Olsen twins feel safe enough to come out and forage for food:

Isn't it fascinating to see the way these creatures seek out and obtain sustenance? [Source]

Tho ... I wouldn't recommend getting too close to either of the Olsens ... they might view you as a threat and bite you with their little teeth:

Gallery of the Absurd has done an excellent job capturing their true essence. They are really freaking creepy. [Source]

Bjork has revealed that her new album will be titled Volta and will be released on May 7th ... here is the first Volta related photo that has been released:

Musical innovator Björk releases her next studio album 'Volta' on May 7th 2007. 'Volta' is Bjork's sixth studio album and follows the release of 'Medulla' in 2004. Featuring ten brand new and original tracks 'Volta' is entirely written and produced by Bjork. In the role of producer Bjork has brought in various other musicians to work on her songs and 'Volta' features some of her most interesting collaborations so far with Antony Hegarty (Antony And The Johnsons) singing on two tracks, and Timbaland (Jay-Z, Missy Elliot etc) working with Bjork on beats that she created for three further songs. Other artists that feature on 'Volta' include electronic pioneer Mark Bell of LFO and two unique drummers – Chris Corsano (the improvisational drummer who has worked with Sonic Youth amongst others) and Brian Chippendale from Lightening Bolt. Bjork also brought in two acclaimed African artists for 'Volta' -- Toumani Diabate, the Malian kora player and Konono No1 the experimental band from The Congo who won a BBC World Music Award in 2006. She has also put together her own 10 piece female brass section of Icelandic musicians who play on three further tracks. Meanwhile Chinese pipa expert Min Xiao-Fen plays on one song. Well ... that is a lot of information. I'm most intrigued by her collaborations with Timbaland ... she comes up with some amazing beats -- I can't wait to hear what Tim does with them. [Source]

Kristen Cavallari is featured in the new issue of GQ magazine where she bad mouths Laguna Beach again ("I don't see Laguna Beach as a reality show. I remember saying to the producer, 'I would never really say this. I'm not a mean bitch.'") but does so while in the bath tub:

In the little mag blurb she hypes up her new movie projects Spring Breakdown (with Parker Posey) and Fingerprints (with Lou Diamond Phillips). She also reveals that she turned down the cover of Playboy magazine, saying "I won't do nudity unless it's for an Oscar." Now that's the girl we all know and lurve. [Source]

Here are new pictures from the Rob Zombie remake of the horror classic Halloween:

The amazing Malcolm McDowell has been cast as Dr. Loomis and a scary ass kid has been cast as the young Michael Myers. So far ... it's lookin' pretty good. [Source]

And finally, it was the full moon this weekend ... but folks in Europe were treated to a very cool-looking lunar eclipse in addition ... here is a picture that shows the progression of the eclipse:

Yeah ... I thought it was pretty cool so I figured I'd post. We don't get nearly enough science around here. [Source]

Les News:
So pretty much most of yesterday was spent traveling home from NYC. David and I ran out for coffee and donuts before I had to get to the airport and we ran into Pink readers Laurie and Milo at a coffee house:

Milo is just TOO adorable not to post so there you go.

I am pretty much done with traveling for a while ... and by "a while" I mean 4 days ... I fly back to Detroit on Thursday night. I gots to see my moms (who just told me she no longer needs the aid of her walker to walk -- her hip is doing amazingly well) but had to come back home to LA take care of some biz first.

I see a long nap in my immediate future ... after mounds of laundry and about 25 errands. Happy Monday ... I'm out.
