I am still saddened and horrified by the disgusting terrorist attack on London this morning ... but I am going to post today anyway ... mainly because I hope it can bring some comic relief on such a sad day and only marginally because we cannot let idiot terrorists disrupt our everyday lives. So, I'm going to just get to it ...

Britney Spears was spotted doing a little shopping the other day ...


She's been doing a lot of runs to the drug store lately ... I wonder what is up with that. I am happy to see that she looks very happy. Dare I say, she's glowing?

Later on in the day, Britney accompanied Kevin Federline to the recording studio where he is finishing up his demo cd:


I just know that his debut album is going to be complete crap ... but I just can't wait for it to come out. I want to hear homeboy's rapping skills. Who knows, he might even be good ... well, okay ... let's not jump to ludicrous conclusions, Trent ... WEE! I hope it comes out soon.

Renovation continues at the Spederline mansion ... and I'm sure Britney's pregnancy-induced mood swings and cravings are adding to the melee:

Last night Sarah and I got to hang out ... we had a fun dinner at Mexican Fiesta and then bar hopped for the rest of the night. She told me all about her fun trip to Chicago -- where this picture was taken on a sailboat:


We met up with Mark and Jeff at Third Street for more drinky-winkies ... we had a blast!

It is my understanding, via Erik, that he and I are going to be at OSLO in downtown Detroit this Saturday night for a nice birthday sushi dinner pour moi. If you're in the area you should stop in and say hello.
