"Brilliantly Bitchy Blogging"

Woot! I've been sitting on this news for a couple of days now (even tho a few of you found out on your own and emailed to let me know) -- Pink is the new Blog has been listed in the Blender magazine Hot 100:

Pink got the #77 spot (higher than M.I.A., Lil' Kim & Foxy Brown, MisShapes, The Killers vs. The Bravery feud, Dual Discs ... and more)! How awesome is that!!! I am SO excited that this blog has been included in such a great magazine. Yay!!! Look for the issue of Blender with Kanye West on the cover and pick yourself up a copy.

Now, let's get to work ... I am happy to report that there is still one Spears that doesn't make me cringe every time I see her. Jamie Lynn Spears was set to launch a new website complete with blog earlier in the year ... I watched and watched and watched and nothing -- then Britney got pregnant and I forgot all about it. Well, the website finally launched and the "blog" became a "diary". In her diary, Jamie Lynn gives us these 2 pictures ... one of her dog, Beau, and one of her 2 friends:

I'm still hopin' she's gonna drop her debut album this year but so far no word on that actually happening. But she does offer free wallpapers for your computer, click HERE to download one.

The 2005 Teen Choice Awards were taped yesterday, and here are a few spoilers:

The show airs tomorrow night at 8PM on Fox but if you want a complete winners list, just click HERE.

Teen People magazine spent part of the weekend celebrating Young Hollywood ... which includes, apparently, Haylie Duff's nipples and Papa Joe Simpson:

Is it just me or does Michelle Trachtenberg look like Lizzie Borden? Creepy! And Ashlee Simpson needs a boyfriend in the worst way ... then maybe her father will get the hint.

Victoria Beckham took her sons Brooklyn and Romeo out for some ice cream. Call me crazy but I like her purple boots ... her legs could use a little more meat tho:

Brooklyn Beckham is learning to be a celeb quite well, Romeo Beckham is looking more and more like his mother ... the poor dear.

Daddy David Beckham missed out on the ice cream fun ... he was stuck at work:

Poor Becks, I'll buy you some ice cream if you like.

Erik and I caught a little bit of Comedy Central's Roast of Pamela Anderson (we were surprisingly entertained) and caught all of Bea Arthur's bit -- she was amazing! Hearing Bea Arthur read excerpts from Pamela's book was hilarious:

I can't get over how much Bea Arthur has changed tho. I was shocked to see her looking so frail ... she really does look like Sophia Patrillo (her "mother" on Golden Girls) these days. If you missed the Roast try and catch it on repeat (Comedy Central has already aired it 2 more times) ... it was pretty funny.

What the hell is going on ... is this Lindsay Lohan actually hiding from cameras?

WTF?! Weird.

Um, I'm sorry ... I like Keanu Reeves ... but he looks really funny on a motorcycle:

Maybe it's the outfit.

Ashlee Simpson, still boyfriendless, was seen shopping for new clothes:

I can't wait to see what she actually purchased ... I'm sure they'll make for fun pictures.

Oh look, Mandy Moore colored her hair ... or is it really Charlize Theron???:

Maybe Mandy scored a role playing Charlize ... or vice versa.

Nicky Hilton really loves shopping on Robertson Ave.:

And she really loves those horrid pants ... but I'm not picking on her ... I'm just observing.

What is going on with Avril Lavigne in these pictures? She seems to be adopting the same look and persona of the other Hollywood "It" Girls whom she is fond of making fun of:

Well ... at least she's not wearing peddle pushers.

Check out this picture of Liz Phair now and Liz Phair in 30 years:

Actually that's Leslie Gore with Liz. They both look great! [via Mike Errico]

Check out these pictures of Nicole Richie from UK Glamour magazine:

Pretty standard ... no oomph.

Here are more pictures of Adam Brody from Interview magazine:

Someone get him a tissue.

Chad Michael Murray is a little more butched up in his photospread for Flaunt magazine:

I like the facial hair ... can you imagine what Adam Brody would look like with facial hair ... or pubic hair?

Mariah Carey is on the cover of Allure magazine:

Hurray! She managed to keep her ta-tas in her bra! That's no small feat, y'all.

Scarlett Johansson is on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine:

I'm not sure how I feel about the granny panties.

Here is another batch of Pink fan photo submissions:

If you want to send a picture, you can send it to my email address trent @ pinkisthenewblog.com

Les news:
So today is Erik's birthday (as you all know by now) and I have a lot to do to prepare for tonight ... So ... Lates!
