Indubitably!

Way, way back many centuries ago ... not long after the Bible began ... Britney Spears lived in the land of Hollywood -- and she spent every single day going out in a multitude of colorful clothing ... but none as colorful as her mystical, magical Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat of many colors:

Heh ... okay, I know I'm taking a risk with the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat joke (since many of you prolly haven't seen the Broadway show and have *no idea* what I'm talking about -- but you should, read about it HERE) but c'mon ... this thing that Britney is wearing is clearly an homage to the famous Andrew Lloyd Weber musical. After it all it is ... red and yellow and green and brown and scarlet and black and ochre and peach and ruby and olive and violet and fawn and lilac and gold and chocolate and mauve and cream and crimson and silver and rose and azure and lemon and russet and grey and purple and white and pink and orange and red and yellow and green and brown and scarlet and black and ochre and peach and ruby and olive and violet and fawn and lilac and gold and chocolate and mauve and cream and crimson and silver and rose and azure and lemon and russet and grey and purple and white and pink and orange and blue ;) [Source]

That's all folks ... the first season of Heroes is dunzo ... fini ... in the can ... the cast of the hit NBC show gathered together this week to celebrate at the wrap party for the show in Hollywood ... here are a few pics from the red carpet:

The show returns with all new eps this Monday night at 9pm and I, for one, cannot wait. This has, by far, been the runaway hit of this TV season ... it beat the hell out of Lost and really captured my heart. I can't wait to see how everything will end this season -- I know I won't be disappointed. Woot! [Source]

Here's your daily Madonna in Malawi update .. she spent another day carrying around her soon-to-be adopted son David Banda, taking him back to the orphanage he was partially raised in and then to the offices of her charitable foundation Raising Malawi:

It is also being reported that the little girl that Madonna saw and fell in love with (sparking the rumors that Madge was interested in adopting her as well), named Grace, has been found out: Her name is Grace, she is three years old...and she could be the next addition to Madonna's family. Despite her publicist's claims that she is not adopting another child, friends claim that the singer is looking for a sister for her adopted Malawian son David Banda. And they add that she intends to start an entire 'rainbow family' of up to three more adopted children following the example of filmstar Angelina Jolie. Madonna spotted Grace among a video collection of 11 candidates for adoption put together by an orphanage in Malawi and couriered to her London home in November. She asked for another 15-minute film to be made of the child, who has no relatives and has been at the orphanage since she was three months old. This week Madonna, David and her daughter Lourdes visited Grace's orphanage and met her face to face. "At first all 11 from the original video were there," said a source. "Then all the other children went out and there was just Grace there. Madonna was chatting with her and David was playing with Madonna's sunglasses. They were together for about 15 minutes. Madonna looked very happy with Grace." Despite the success of the meeting, the singer is understood to be still considering two other girls from the same orphanage. Which one she finally chooses will depend on the outcome of medical tests for diseases such as Aids. "Grace is not necessarily the one - though she is certainly a favourite," said the source. "Madonna is looking at other children and Grace will probably not be coming home with her this trip." Andrina Mchiela, of the Malawian government, said recently that it was unaware of any move by Madonna to take on a second child. And this week her publicist Liz Rozenburg said the 48-year-old star was simply in Malawi to oversee the building of a children's health-care centre. It's easy to see why Madonna would fall in love with little Grace ... she is absolutely beautiful. While I believe that Madonna is capable (and prolly willing) to adopt again, I sincerely doubt she will be doing so on this current trip in Malawi. She's already got herself a cutie ... she's prolly content with the family she has now ... for now. [Source, Source]

Tom Cruise and his bride Katie Holmes have descended upon New York City to make an appearance at a Scientology event -- the 9/11 Detox Fund-Raiser -- whatever the hell that is. Here are pics of TomKat as the made their arrival:

Apparently, the money raised at this event will go to the New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, which is a Scientology-based program Cruise co-founded in 2002 to help 9/11 emergency workers. See ... this kinda sounds like a good thing but I'm bothered by the "detox" portion of the project's name. What exactly are the rescue workers to be detoxed of? You can never be too wary when Tom Cruise offers to "help" you out. [Source]

Aww ... not only has David Beckham had a go with the clippers at his friendly neighborhood barber shop but his eldest sons have as well. Here are pictures of David, Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham doing a little shopping together showing off their new haircuts:

So cute ... now, little Romeo actually looks like a little boy. Gone are his long, curly locks. I'm seriously dying over these pictures ... Becks looks like such a cute dad. He even let little Romeo wear his rollerblades to the store. CUTE! [Source]

Erik Estrada received his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday, here are pictures from the unveiling:

Estrada, best known for playing California Highway Patrol Officer Frank "Ponch" Poncherello in CHiPs was accompanied by family members, comedian Paul Rodriguez and highway patrol officials during a Thursday afternoon ceremony. The 58-year-old said his appearance on "CHiPs' satisfied two of his dreams. "One, of course, a certain amount of success in the entertainment business, for which I really am extremely grateful and I'm very proud," Estrada said. "But equally important, it represents my childhood dream of becoming a police officer." Estrada recently became a reserve officer for the Muncie, Ind., police department as part of his participation in the CBS reality television series Armed & Famous. The show was canceled in January. Yeah, it sucks that his latest attempt at TV got cancelled so quickly but hey, he'll be back -- after all, the first season of CHiPS is about to be released on DVD in June so he won't stray too far from our hearts. I am so pleased that Erik got a star on the Walk of Fame ... not because I'm a huge CHiPS fan (tho, I do remember watching the show on TV when I was a wee lad) and not because of his appearance on The Surreal Life (tho, he was pretty entertaining on that season) but because he's a Latinoid and we Latinoid's gotta stick together! Holla! [Source]

I don't know what the hell Kelly Clarkson was thinking when she decided to wear this silken potato sack to the ASCAP Awards this week but ... well, I think it's clear that she wasn't thinking at all ... BOO:

Fortunately for Kelly, they were not judging her for her fashion sense, they were judging her songwriting ability and she received an award for her song Because of You. I really love Kelly Clarkson but this dress is just a really bad look for her. [Source]

David Arquette will do anything to try and get people to go see his new movie The Tripper ... including shaving the name of his new movie into the back of his head:

Click HERE to watch David get this new haircut ... which, apparently, he believes will help with ticket sales. I'm not sold ... are you? [Source, Source]

Kate Middleton, footloose and fancy free & single, stepped out last night to party with her girlfriends showing all the world that she's happy even tho she's just been dumped by the Royal Prince of England ... here are pictures of Kate and her ladies out on the town last night:

Kate Middleton leaves a London club in the early hours, with a smile that says: There's life after William. The future king may be out of her life forever but, if these photographs are anything to go by, Miss Middleton couldn't be more pleased. Kate-watchers suggested today she hasn't looked this happy for weeks ... While Miss Middleton, 25, was said to be sobbing at her family home, William, 24, went to the Mahiki nightclub in Mayfair where he is said to have shouted: "I'm freeeee," before performing a celebratory dance and then declaring: "I'm really happy. Everything is fine. Let's drink the menu." Not to be outdone, Miss Middleton chose the same venue - but six days later - for her own celebration of her new life as a single girl about town. She was pictured leaving the club in the very best of spirits at 2.30 this morning. She may have been given indefinite compassionate leave from her job as a buyer with Jigsaw after the break-up, but she certainly did not look like she was moping over what might have been. Hmm ... I'm sure she's still going thru a rough time of it but after a break-up, you just have to start having fun again. Kate seems like a very nice girl, I'm sure she'll find happiness again. There has to be a good friend of Wills out there that she can start spending time with ;) [Source]

Marilyn Manson also did a little stepping out recently as well ... with his new girlfriend, 19 years his junior, Evan Rachel Wood ... here is a picture of MM and his "twin" (that's what he calls her) out together in London yesterday afternoon:

You will note that Evan is sporting a pair of heart-shaped glasses ... and coincidentally Marilyn Manson's new song of his new album Eat Me, Drink Me is titled Heart-Shaped Glasses -- isn't that clever? The lyrics go along the lines of, Don't break my heart and I won't break your heart-shaped glasses. Yes, so clever indeed. Something tells me that these two won't last very long. [Source]

Speaking of not lasting long ... I guess Jesse Metcalfe and his lady love Nadine What's Her Name from the UK pop group Girls Aloud are dunzo ... and lookie here, Jesse has already found a new chick to play around with:

Heart-broken Nadine Coyle has called it quits with Desperate Housewives hunk Jesse Metcalfe after shocking photographs emerged of him hugging a mystery woman. The Girls Aloud singer was thrown into a rage and decided to end the relationship after seeing pictures, the Daily Mirror reports. "I'm not the kind of girl to put up with nonsense like that. I'll meet the right person when the time is right. I'm disappointed but what can you do," she told the paper. Metcalfe was caught affectionately cuddling a brunette in LA while Coyle was back home in the UK. Our source who spotted the Desperate Housewives hunk said: "They were walking, hands locked together. There was no kissing though." Well, easy come, easy go ... NEXT! [Source, Source]

You may recall that earlier this year Disney announced that it would be producing a new animated film featuring the very first Black Princess ... and the fabulous Marc Malkin has revealed that Anika Noni Rose (the other Dreamgirl) has been cast as the voice of the Frog Princess:

Marc writes: I have just learned that Dreamgirls starlet Anika Noni Rose has landed one of the most coveted roles among today's leading black actresses and singers. Rose will voice the 19-year-old-heroine in Mickey Mouse studio's upcoming animated musical feature, The Frog Princess, a rep for Rose confirmed to me. She will be the first black princess in Disney's long line of blockbuster princesses. Rose, 34, costarred alongside Jennifer Hudson and Beyoncé as the third Dream in last year's big hit, Dreamgirls. Before that, she won a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical for her role in Caroline, or Change. As I've reported, Hudson and Alicia Keys also auditioned for the role. A source now tells me others who tried out for it include Tyra Banks. The Frog Princess takes place in 1920s New Orleans. Randy Newman is writing the music. What a great choice! Anika can totally sing her booty off ... and this will be a huge break for her -- the first Black Disney Princess. I am very excited for this project ... not only for the groundbreaking casting choice but because Disney is going back to the regular animated technique (as opposed to the now popular computer animation) for this film. The movie is set for a 2009 release. [Source, Source]

Here is your first look at Kate Moss' new clothing line, which will be available for sale exclusively at Topshop in the UK:

Eh ... this stuff looks like any ol' thing you can find at Target or H&M ... er ... wait a minute! Oh well ... click HERE to get a look at the full line that will be released on May 1. [Source]

Here is the latest poster for the upcoming summer horror blockbuster Hostel 2:

I know it's not very clear but that is Heather Mattarazzo from the amazing movie Welcome to the Dollhouse hanging uncomfortably upside down. I wonder what else was done to her for this photo shoot. Wee ... Hostel 2 is out in theaters on June 8th. [Source]

Tori Amos made an appearance on the UK TV show Loose Women (click HERE for her interview) and performed the song Velvet Revolution from her new album American Doll Posse:

OMG ... look at that hair! I heart her totally!

And finally, here is the new Scissor Sisters video for their song Kiss You Off which was directed by Robert Hales (the dude who directed Gnarls Barkley's Crazy):

The Sisters can do no wrong ... a hot vid as usual. OH and I have to give a very special shout-out to, hopefully, a new friend ... Hi to Ana! XOXOXOXO

Les News:
I've spent pretty much most of my time here in LA holed up in my apartment ... when I unpacked everything sort of exploded everywhere and I've yet to clean it up ... and it's starting to depress me. But, not to the point where I can't watch a little TV to keep my mind of it. I got to watch an episode of The Simpsons yesterday that reminded me how much I love that show. Have any of y'all seen the episode that pays homage to Mary Poppins called Shary Bobbins?

SOOOOO EFFIN' BEST! The entire ep is brilliant ... absolutely hilarious not to mention full of amazing song parodies ... like this one:

I love The Simpsons so much ... and this Shary Bobbins ep was so fun to watch, especially since I just recently got to see the musical version of Mary Poppins on Broadway and also watched the "Pop-Up Video" version of the movie (which taught me a lot of things about the movie I never knew before ... did you know the movie received 13 Academy Award noms [a then record tied with Ben Hur] and won 5 of them, the movie was re-released at least 4 differnet times and was a box office hit each time, the movie held the record for the highest Disney gross for 20 years, and that the money made from the movie led to the funding of building the Disney theme parks?) ... yeah ... I think it's time I get out of the house now.

Have a great weekend! I'm out!
