Matthew To Jake: "I Didn't Steal Your Boyfriend"
Well, well ... it looks like she traded up ... this kid looks like he fell out of an Abercrombie Kids catalog. They look so cute together ... and at least JL can rest assured that he's not only dating her because of her older sister -- he's prolly dating her despite her older sister. So precious. [Source]
Hold onto your cookies, y'all ... you're never gonna guess who is nominated for the Teen Choice award for, get this, Male Red Carpet Fashion Icon:
Either kids have a great sense of humor or they're just stupid. Don't forget to cast your vote ... K-Fed obviously wants you to vote for him. Call me crazy, but a wife-beater, baggy shorts and untied shoes do not a Fashion Icon make. [Source, thanks Amanda]
Ah Ha! The sneaking around continues! Pink reader Kari sends in these incriminating pictures of Matthew McConaughey and Lance Armstrong enjoying a Minor League baseball game in Round Rock, Texas last month. Just how long has this little tryst been going on?
I'll bet that Jake Gyllenhaal had no idea that this was going on behind his back ... it pains me to report this news because I'd hate for Jakey poo to get all upset, but it's like my duty and stuff. It is also my sworn duty to comfort him if he needs it ... I'm just that kind of guy. [thanks Kari]
OY!!! And it doesn't end there ...

Here is a picture of the Matthew, Lance, Jake Trifecta at the 2006 ESPY Awards which took place here in Hollywood, CA last night:
Ah ... boys ... dogs all of them (except Jakey) ... but I am kinda loving all of this McCArmstrongEnhaalness lately. Isn't it way hot? [Source]
Here are a few more pictures from the ESPY Awards that took place last night ... I'm not exactly sure what Mariah Carey, Ashley Judd and Carmen Electra were doing at the awards but here they are:
Oh that's right ... Mimi is a champion shot-putter, Ashley competes in weight-lifting events and Carmen likes to have sex with entire teams of professional athletes all at the same time. You gotta love the ESPYS! The awards air this Sunday night on ESPN but if you are so inclined, click HERE to see a full list of ESPY winners. [Source]
The new Uma Thurman movie My Super Ex-Girlfriend had its premiere earlier this week and here are a few pictures of Uma with co-star Luke Wilson:
I'm very excited for this movie, it looks so cute! As soon as I saw the trailer for the first time I thought, What a great idea for a movie. I'm fairly certain it'll be more interesting than a certain other superhero movie that already opened this summer *cough* Superman Returns *cough*. That said, I kinda hate Uma's ugly green dress ... that jean jacket seems a bit much as well. Irregardless ... I still <3 Uma. My Super Ex-Girlfriend opens on July 21st. [Source]
Uh ... as if the pictures posted yesterday of Lindsay Lohan doing whatever it was that she was doing to the guy she's working with in her latest movie weren't strange enough check out what she's doing in these pictures:
Uh ... I didn't even know how to caption these pics. It looks like she took off her undies, placed them on the guy and then laughed at him for it. Uh ... what the hell kinda movie is she making anyways? [Source]
Our favorite fashionista, Mary Kate Olsen, went out earlier this week with her bony legs wrapped in some serious-looking boots ... check 'em out:
I don't hate the boots actually, they're pretty hot. At least she's not wearing that stupid headband thing that she's been wearing lately ... [Source]
... Whoops! I spoke too soon ... here are other pictures of MK rockin' her headband ... and it looks like I'm about to puke up my guts:
Yes, the sight of her outfits makes me wanna hurl, too. Oh well ... I guess just keep on trying Mary Kate. [Source]
OMG ... Matilda Ledger is getting so big already ... check out this picture of Matilda and her mother Michelle Williams out and about in West Hollywood, CA earlier this week:
LOL! It looks like little Matty is *not* impressed with her mother's fashion choices ... and I can't say that I blame her. Isn't she the cutest little thing? She looks just like a cupie doll. [Source]
Whoa! Someone must have angered Pamela Anderson ... it looks like she saw fit to bust out her secret weapons and launch an assault on the offending person:
It's rare that Pammy pie has to whip out the big guns ... so you don't wanna be startin' nothing with her, ya hear? [Source]
Beyonce made an appearance on MTV's TRL yesterday to promote her new video for her new song Deja Vu, here are a couple of pictures:
She was lookin' very 1987 Esprit if you ask me, but I kinda like it ... it's a good look for her. Speaking of her new song, Deja Vu ... I can't decide if I hate it or not. I was not very impressed with Deja Vu when I first heard it but with each subsequent time that I hear it (and believe me, it's on the radio a lot) I like it a little bit more. It'll never be no Crazy In Love tho. I just can't decide if I really like Deja Vu or if I'm being conditioned to like it. [Source]
One more bit of Beyonce news, Miss Too-Big-For-Her-Destiny's-Child-Britches is on the cover of the new issue of Giant magazine, here are a few pictures from her photoshoot:
It's a cute photospread, I suppose. I'm not sure what it is ... I think I'm just a sucker for chicks in hair rollers. [Source]
Here is the first photo from the new movie Stardust which is being adapted from the Neil Gaiman novel of the same name ... check it out, it stars Michelle Pfeiffer:
Y'all know how much I love me some Neil Gaiman ... I'm very excited for this movie adaptation. I'm not sure if many of y'all are familiar with the book but ... Tori Amos once sang the lyric "But will you find me if Neil makes me a tree" in the song Horses from her album Boys for Pele and Neil Gaiman did, indeed, make Tori into a tree character in the Stardust novel. I'm not sure if Tori will make a cameo in the movie but I hope so ... it'd be cool if she did music for it as well. Wee! [Source via Source]
And finally, I have to send out lots of lurve to my friends at Item magazine ... they were nice enough to give me a Birthday Shout-out on their website yesterday:
In fact, thank YOU ALL for all the warm birthday wishes. I think yesterday's post, on my birthday, garnered the most comments of any singular post ever (the number of comments is at 452 and counting). I totally <3 you all! [Source]

Instead of staying home to watch TV, David and I went out the movies ... I had planned for us to make-out in the back row but instead we ended up actually paying attention to the movie we went to see ... The Devil Wears Prada:
I've been hearing really good things from everyone who saw the movie and I found that I have to concur -- even tho I have not read the book. The movie as great ... really funny, really stylish, really entertaining. I know I'm not a fashion expert but I really liked the stuff they featured in the film ... in fact, I kinda felt guilty for not caring about fashion enough. My favorite lines of the movie were, "Let's get you some Chanel. You're in desperate need of Chanel." Meryl Streep was the best thing in that movie (I haven't seen her in anything this hilarious since Death Becomes Her) ... and I was very surprised by Anne Hathaway. I've never liked her in anything -- ever! She was actually good in this movie. I'm pretty sure that if you like reading this blog then you'll prolly like this movie as well.
I have more menial errands to take care of today but I don't really mind ... things are coming along nicely with the apartment. I'll try to post pics when it's pretty much done ... at the pace I'm going, it shouldn't be too long.
I'm happy to report that I had my first random "celebrity" sighting ... I ran into Lisa Ling at the Coffee Bean in Toluca Lake ... eh, sure it was a D-list celebrity encounter but you've gotta start somewhere, right?
Okay ... I guess that's it for now ... have a great Thursday, y'all!
I'm out.
