Spice Up Yer Life
Welp, it's Monday morning so I guess that means it's time to check in and see how Britney Spears spent her weekend. Was she involved in another driving accident? Was she involved in another wardrobe malfunction? Was she partying her booty off? Well ... lessee ... first up, our dear Britney had her turn with the kiddies for at least part of the weekend as she was seen out and about in Malibu, CA carting around the young'ns ... altho it wasn't all that hot here in SoCal this weekend (especially up in Malibu), Britters was rockin' some pretty heinous pit stains ... which little Jayden James didn't seem to appreciate all that much:

By day, Brit Brit was ever the doting mother that she usually is but when the sun goes down, the kids either get put to bed or handed over to Kevin Federline ... cuz that's when the real party gets underway for our dear Britney. [Source, Source]
Here are pics of damsel in distress Britney out and about in the wee hours of the morning running around in a pair of pink UGGs boots with a car that has completely run out of gas. Natch, the paps who follow her every move swooped in to save the day, getting her car to a gas station and then filling it up with the petrol:

Since she was already at the gas station, she prolly thought it'd be a great idea to stock up on the snack foods. Yeah, I don't get how Britney is always running out of gas ... doesn't she know how to keep the tank filled? Er, well, I guess when you've got an army of photogs following you around, willing to fill your tank for just a few pictures then I guess maybe it is smarter to let your car run out of gas so that you can score a free fill-up. OY! It gets worse ... Life & Style magazine is reporting that K-Fed's lawyer is at court today to allege that Britney Spears was driving without a license over the weekend while her children were in the car which, according to TMZ, is illegal even if she has a valid driver's license from another state since she lives here with her children. I actually found this out the hard way earlier this summer when I applied for a CA driver's license. You're supposed to get your Cali license within 30 days after you move to the state. Blah ... I hope this doesn't turn out to be another week of new legal woes for Britney ... she was having such a good week last week.
In happy, non illegal news, a few cast members from the amazing NBC show Heroes convened at Jillian's at Universal City to participate in the Elevate Hope Foundation's Bowling For The Arts Celebrity Games 2007. Here are a few pics of the really overdressed Hayden Panettiere, seemingly overbearing Kristen Bell, really hawt Zachary Quinto and the dude who plays Hayden's dad on the show enjoying some good ol' American fun for a great cause:

Dina Lohan insists that there is no set release date from Lindsay's rehab program and for once, I agree with Dina that that is a great idea. The longer that Lindsay stays away from all the temptations of Hollywood and NYC the better her chances at succeeding. [Source]

Pamela must really love getting married ... she recently married her last husband, Kid Rock, 4 times in the span of about 2 months (only to divorce him 4 months later) ... The former Baywatch star and Rick Salomon – Paris Hilton's former boyfriend who made and distributed the infamous One Night In Paris explicit video – are planning to get married. They have applied for – and were granted – a marriage license in Las Vegas on the weekend. Anderson – who has been performing with magician Hans Klok at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino – and Salomon, 38, have been inseparable lately. A source said: "Rick is always with her. He's backstage when she does her show all the time." The pair, who headed back to Los Angeles Saturday night, have been staying at Anderson's Malibu beach house. The former Baywatch star, 40, had previously revealed on a US chat show that she was engaged but did not say who her other half was, except that he was a poker player, which is one of Salomon's pursuits. I, for one, commend Pamela Anderson for honoring and respecting the sanctity of marriage. If she isn't the poster child for way that marriage should be, then I don't know who is. [Source]

I love the Joker graffiti and it looks like the Apollo Ornamental Iron Works will be featured in the movie. Marci reveals that Christian Bale was seen in the area the day before she took these pics. News has been a bit quiet on the Dark Knight front in the past few weeks ... I had thought that filming had wrapped. The presale began this morning at 10AM PT and I managed to get 2 sets of tickets for both the December 5th and 7th LA shows. I don't know why but now I'll all excited for the show again. I have always contended that watching an entire series all at once, without commercial interruption, is the best way to fall in love with a show. Watching Dexter in this way did it for me. I had no idea that Julie Benz (ex-Darla on Buffy and Angel) had such a big part in the show. I never really cared for her on Buffy/Angel but I love her on Dexter. And speaking of love, Michael C. Hall is so dreamy ... and creepy. I'm so hooked on this show ... I'm glad I finally found it. People, why has no one told me how amazing the show is? I spent this morning watching the season premiere of the new season of Dexter and ... OMG ... I want more. This is deffo gonna be on my Must Watch List this TV season.
No big plans for today ... I guess we'll see where the week takes me. I'm out.
