Another Laguna Arrest!
It wouldn't be late afternoon/early evening around here if there wasn't a Laguna Beach related arrest to talk about ... this time, Jason Wahler got arrested again for the fourth time in under a year. Well done! I thought about holding off on talking about this until tomorrow but the recent arrest of Jessica Smith for driving under the influence of alcohol just reminded me how much they were prolly meant to be together:
An MTV reality star was arrested in Seattle over the weekend. Jason Wahler, best known for starring in "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County", was arrested around 2 a.m. Sunday. He was booked into the King County Jail for criminal trespass and assault. Wahler posted bail six hours later. Wahler's already been convicted of punching a city worker and a tow truck driver in Los Angeles last year. Police say he had a blood alcohol level of .22 at the time. The 20-year-old was also ordered to attend a one-day program on tolerance for uttering racial slurs during the incident, police said. Wahler is white. Two of the victims were black. Yeah, ever the charmer ... it appears that Mr. Whaler is quite open with his racist remarks no matter who he's talking to: Jason Wahler spewed a barrage of racist and offensive slurs during his arrest in Washington state this weekend, allegedly calling a police officer a "nig**r, fag**t, and poor f**k," this according to the police report. According to the document, obtained by TMZ, police were called to the Waterfront Marriott to respond to a fight involving 20-year-old Wahler. Hotel security found Wahler wrestling on the lobby floor with an unidentified man. The police report says Wahler used his right fist to punch one of the security guards in the mouth ... Officer DePina, who wrote the report, says when Seattle PD arrived they found a "very intoxicated" Wahler passed out on the floor in a hallway on the third floor. When DePina tried to take Wahler into custody, the former reality star allegedly lashed out, calling the arresting officer "a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k." According to DePina, Wahler also stated, "that he was rich and would have my ass." Wahler, who was described as "belligerent and hostile," allegedly threatened DePina a second time, saying, "Come down to L.A. county and get your ass kicked!" Will someone give Jason Wahler his own MTV reality show already? Why are we not seeing this stuff played out weekly on MTV's 10 Spot?! [Source, Source]
