One
Things are very hectic here in Detroit today. We are getting ready for my goddaughter Zakiya's 1st birthday party so we're all running around like crazy ... let's get to the goss ...
VH1's Best Week Ever celebrated its 100th episode this week (it airs all weekend long on VH1) and threw itself a little party earlier this week ... here are a couple pictures of 2 of my fave BWE commentators, Paul Scheer and Christian Finnegan, from the celebratory shindig:
BWE is seriously the funniest show on VH1. Those guys are awesome ... I want to send out lots of lurve to all my Best Week Ever peeps. It should come as no surprise that I was very ecstatic to be allowed to guest on the show last year ... congratulations guys! Here's to 100 more eps!! [Source]
Okay ... so I love my girls ... Kylie Minogue can never do wrong in my eyes ... well, she usually can do no wrong in my eyes ... check out this horrrrrible outfit that Kylie saw fit to wear out in public this week:
LORD HAVE MERCY! How many things can be wrong with one outfit? Well, let's count them ... the hat, the glasses, the shirts, the short pants, the shoes ... UGH! Maybe she's jut joking around with us? I really hope she is ... [Source]

I hear that Mariah Carey is in Miami this weekend to kick off the US leg of her new world tour The Adventures of Mimi: The Voice, The Hits, The Tour but we've yet to see her out and about ... but here is a picture of a hoochy-looking Jersey girl sippin' her Boone's Farm out of a water bottle:
I'm not sure if we'll see Mariah before she hits the stage but I bet this chick will be front row center at tonight's show. [Source]
Earlier this week, we heard that newly rejoined Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos got into a little squabble causing celeb watchers to wonder if their new relationship will be over before it has time to really begin again ... here are a few pictures of the little tiff that they had in St. Tropez:
I knew it! See ... this whole incident proves 2 things ... first, that Kimberly Stewart can't be trusted and second, that Stavros has THE WORST taste in women. [Source]

Kelly Clarkson is the new face of Vitamin Water, taking over where 50 Cent left off ... yes, strange but true ... here is her new tabloid-inspired ad for the stuff:
You know, Kelly looks really good in these pictures ... but I suspect that her figure has been manipulated a bit ... especially the one on the far right where she's wearing that dress. I know Kelly has a great figure already ... but is she really that skinny? Hmmm .... [Source]
Xtina Aguilera is featured in the new issue of USA Weekend magazine ... in the interview, Xtina talks about how happy she is with her life right now:
"I'm emotionally in a lighter space," she says, leaning her elbows on her knees as she explains how her husband, Jordan Bratman, 29, has transformed her life. The pair wed in an intimate California ceremony last November after dating for nearly four years. "Before I met Jordy, I had a lot of hurt inside of me. I had a lot of defenses up. He broke down a lot of those walls. From Day One, once we met in Atlanta and then he'd moved out to L.A., we were inseparable. I just didn't want to do anything if he wasn't around." I love it! She really does seem so happy with her hubby Jordy. And she looks amazing in these pictures. Even the super red lipstick seems to work. The News:
I can't believe that she is one years old already ... and she keeps getting more and more beautiful each day. Her birthday party will get started in a few hours ... so I have to go take care of some things.
Later on tonight my friends are throwing a huge going-away party for me so it promises to be a very late night. I'm not planning on taking the day off from blogging tomorrow ... but I may cheat a little and come at y'all with just a personal picture post from the parties today. I'll do my best to write a regular post but I may not have the time. If not, I'll be back at the usual time on Monday with the daily goss.
